All Kahlenberg Air Horns meet or exceed IMO Requirements for frequency and decibel level output. The marine air horns in this section are specifically designed for boats and pleasure craft less than 20 meters to over 75 meters in length. See the Accessories section for other signaling system components including air compressors, solenoid valves, bells, fog signal timers and controls.

K-380 Air Horn
(For Vessels Less Than 14 Meters (45 ft.) in Length) |
The K-380 Air Horn is designed for boats between 25 and 45 feet in length. The K-380 is made entirely of chrome plated cast and spun brass with bronze sounding diaphragms. Designed with an extremely efficient sounding body, the K-380 will operate on pressures up to 150 p.s.i., yet consumes very little air. This allows the K-380 to outperform other electric and air horns of similar size.

Zero Series Air Horns
(For Vessels Less Than 20 Meters (65 ft.) in Length) |
Kahlenberg Zero Series Air Horns are specifically designed for vessels less than 20 Meters in length. While these horns are nearly identical to the larger "Chimetone" Air Horns in terms of sound characteristics and finish quality, they are designed to operate with smaller, space saving compressor systems (See Accessories Section). All three models are available in Brass, Chrome, or White Powdercoat finishes.

Air Horn Models S-330 and D-330

The latest addition to the Kahlenberg line of air horns are the new "330" Series Air Horns. The S-330 Single and D-330 Dual Air Horn have been designed to minimize air consumption, and maximize sound pressure output, while retaining the superior finish and durable construction synonymous with Kahlenberg. Manufactured entirely of bronze, brass, and titanium, these horns are finished in chrome plate, TGIC white powdercoat, or custom color as specified by the customer for use in both pleasure craft and commercial vessel installations.
The S-330 and D-330 Air Horns are typically used with the P449-25 Air Compressor Kit and V-149K Solenoid Valve. Both horns are intenationally certified to IMO requirements for vessels up to 75 Meters. |

"Chimetone" Yacht Horns
(For Vessels 20 Meters to 75 Meters (65 to 246 ft.) in Length) |
Kahlenberg Chimetone Air Horns utilize more than one projector or "trumpet" in their design. Each projector produces a different fundamental frequency which combines to produce powerful, distinctive, musical chords. To hear a Kahlenberg Chimetone Air Horn is to realize that the sound of a vessel can be one of it's most impressive aspects.

Never requiring tuning or adjustments of any kind, the critical surfaces within a Kahlenberg Air Horn are machined to exacting tolerances. This results in an extremely audible, consistent frequency.
Finishes available include plain brass, white powdercoat, or the highest quality chrome plate.
Chimetone Air Horn models T-1, T-3A, Q-3A, F-3 and KDT-123 are available with or without optional 360 degree maneuvering light installed. |

Model 02M, The Ultimate Yacht Horn

| Kahlenberg Model O2M is an eight trumpet musical air horn for megayachts and cruise vessels. Playable at the touch of a button from the vessel's main console, the O2M Musical Air Horn is supplied with a variety of pre-programmed songs. Additonal songs can be added using an electronic keyboard. The model O2M Air Horn is offered in the configuration shown or in a "Low-Profile" design.
