Kahlenberg manufactures propellers for industrial use from 20" diameter up to 80" in diameter. Typically these are three blade fixed pitch designs made from cast iron, however they can also be made from steel and stainless steel.
Cast Iron propellers are finished in a phenolic coating for superior corrosion resistance in mixing and waste water treatment applications. Propellers for potable water applications are finished with industrial epoxy.
We manufacture a standard series of these propellers from our own designs as well as custom designs as supplied by the customer, routinely following ISO R484 guidelines for production accuracy with regard to blade finish and pitch.
