As a contract manufacturer, Kahlenberg offers additional services including engineering support and our purchasing department.  Our company wide ERP system gives us the ability to effectively manage customer inventory based on their demand forecast.

Our Programming staff uses Autocad and Mastercam CAD/CAM systems while some machines are more efficiently run by conversationally programmable controls.

Utilizing the latest in integrated manufacturing software and systems, our plant managers and machine operators have instant access to the important information relevant to customer orders. Visual on-line scheduling of machines dramatically improves our ability to provide customers with accurate delivery dates.   Drawings, program information, and manufacturing methods for all parts are saved electronically for future reference and revision.
